Refund Policy

Your business is important to us, and we are happy to assist with any questions you may have regarding your order. Please call or email us during our normal business hours, and a representative will be happy to assist you. All queries are answered in the order in which they are received. Requests made outside of our normal business hours are addressed as soon as possible.

Kingdom Nutrition’s Customer Service department can be reached by telephone at 1 (949)-431-5200 or by email at support@kingdomnutrition.com. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time).

Proof of Purchase: Please note that refunds, replacements and exchanges are only issued for products that were purchased directly through the official Kingdom Nutrition websites and stores.

Supplements: Requests to return Supplements purchased directly through the official Kingdom Nutrition website for a refund, replacement or exchange must be submitted to Kingdom Nutrition’s Customer Service department within ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, and the product cannot be more than 75% used. Please call or email Customer Service to inquire about a return or exchange. Once Customer Service has verified your merchandise is eligible, you will be issued a return label through email. Kingdom Nutrition will pay for return shipping.

Apparel and Gear: Requests to return Kingdom Nutrition apparel and gear purchased directly through the official Kingdom Nutrition website must be submitted to Kingdom Nutrition’s Customer Service department within ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, replacement or exchange, apparel and gear must be unworn and unwashed with the tags still attached. Once Customer Service has determined your merchandise is eligible, you will be issued a return label through email. Kingdom Nutrition will pay for return shipping.
